Refund Policy

1. What this covers

Paid products on pragma.vision: the Professional Watch subscription and ebooks. Free content (register, atlas, articles, digests) involves no payment and needs no refunds.

2. Professional Watch subscription

• Cancel any time from the customer portal. Cancellation stops future renewals; access continues to the end of the period already paid. Amounts already charged for a completed billing period are not refunded on cancellation.
• EU/UK consumers — 14-day withdrawal: after first purchase you may withdraw within 14 days. If you asked for immediate access, you pay proportionally for the period already provided and we refund the rest to your original payment method.

3. Ebooks

• EU/UK consumers — digital content: at checkout you choose immediate download and thereby expressly consent to delivery before the 14-day withdrawal window ends, losing the statutory right of withdrawal (the digital-content exemption). This is stated at checkout, before payment.
• Defective files or duplicate charges: tell us. Your statutory rights for defective digital content are unaffected, and we aim to put duplicates and delivery failures right promptly.

4. How to request a refund

Use the Opinion form available on every page, or the contact link in your purchase receipt e-mail. Include the receipt or order reference. We aim to respond within 14 days. Refunds are processed by the payment provider that handled your purchase (for ebooks, Lemon Squeezy as Merchant of Record) and return to your original payment method.

5. Your statutory rights

Nothing in this policy limits rights that consumer law gives you and that cannot be excluded by contract, including EU and UK consumer rights in your country of habitual residence.
