But bans/suspensions in Spain, Kenya, Hong Kong, Brazil, Indonesia, Philippines and Thailand, plus a self-acknowledged spoofable low-assurance tier, mean it carries real regulatory and trust risk and should not be relied on as a single point of identity truth.
