Why

The idea — portable originating KYC/AML assurance so counterparties need not re-run compliance — maps directly onto the counterparty-trust gap in agent-initiated cross-border payment, but the evidence is a three-operator pilot with zero disclosed volume, zero published spec, and an explicit vendor caveat that participants keep their own regulatory obligations. There is nothing integrable and nothing falsifiable yet; adopting now would import a closed, network-proprietary trust root on the strength of a press release.

Next

Re-probe on two triggers: (a) pilot expansion past the three launch operators or a disclosed corridor/volume figure, and (b) publication of a Crypto Credential assurance-signal schema or API. On either trigger, evaluate the signal as a counterparty-trust input to AP2/ACP mandate verification (identity attestation feeds authorization, never replaces it).
