What is Turbopack (stable default)?

Turbopack is an incremental bundler, written in Rust, that models an application's build as a graph of files and transforms where every computed result is memoized and keyed to its dependencies. Changing one file recomputes only the graph nodes that depend on it, and compiling lazily includes only the modules a given page actually needs, rather than eagerly bundling an entire application up front.
