Guowang is a Chinese low-Earth-orbit satellite broadband constellation developed by China SatNet, designed to deliver internet connectivity from a large fleet of satellites operating in low-Earth orbit, similar in concept to other mega-constellation networks. It is built around state-backed satellite manufacturing and launch programs intended to provide national and export broadband coverage independent of foreign satellite operators.
